Biomechanical Assessment

This is a complex static examination checking skeletal alignment sitting, lying and standing and will only take place if thought necessary after initial gait analysis and in more usually carried out with complex problems. This will involve some measurements taking place and it is useful to bring in shorts or similar to aid in the examination. All joint ranges of motion will be checked and used to aid the treatment decisions made at the end of the examination.
